CareLink is Boulder Community Health’s version of EpicCare Link, a web-based application that will provide secure read-only access to information about your patients from BCH’s new Epic electronic health record. This online portal provides secure convenient access to patient information through your browser — when and where you need it. Your access is easy to set up and there’s no software or hardware to maintain, so you can concentrate on caring for your patients.
CareLink gives you quick access to the services you want and provides you with the ability to:

- Manage a patient’s preventative care topics
