A Gentle Yoga Class for People with Cancer
Yoga is a form of physical and mental exercise that has been around for thousands of years. Many studies point to the benefits of yoga for people with cancer, including reduced fatigue, reduced stress, improved sleep, improved physical functioning and improved quality of life.
Renew and Restore is an 8-week gentle yoga class to help improve strength, flexibility, and well-being.

Move More, Feel Better
This 12-week class uses exercise to address side effects of cancer and cancer treatment and to improve overall health. It provides the foundation to start or resume a safe and effective exercise program. Join the class to get stronger, more flexible, better balance and more energy.

Living with Cancer Related Brain Fog (In person)
Have you noticed changes in your brain since being diagnosed with cancer? Do you have to work harder to remember things? Are you frustrated when you can’t find the words you want to say? You don’t have to accept this as your new normal. You have the power to take control and improve your quality of life.
Living with Cancer Related Brain Fog is a 1.5 hour class for cancer patients and survivors at any stage.

Pregnancy Fitness Essentials and Pelvic Floor Health - Live Virtual Class
Pregnancy Fitness Essentials and Pelvic Floor Health is a two-hour interactive class that gives moms-to-be valuable tools and evidence-based information about how to engage their muscles and move their changing bodies during pregnancy. Our instructors are physical therapists who specialize in obstetric and /or pelvic floor physical therapy.
