As we modify our clinic operations in response to the COVID-19 virus, we
are committed to finding safe and convenient ways for you to continue
to get the high-quality care you need, expect and deserve.
In addition to our traditional in-person clinic visits, we now offer the
opportunity to have a video or phone visit with your physician.
Adding these new options are necessary actions that safeguard the health
of our patients, staff and community. Please see below for more information
on each new appointment type.
For those who wish to speak directly to their physician about a medical
issue, we offer video and phone visits. You can schedule a video or phone
visit by calling your clinic directly, calling the BCH scheduling number at
(303) 415-4015 or by requesting an appointment through your
MyBCH portal. Videos visits are only conducted through the MyBCH portal.
*BCH can also conduct video visits that require an interpreter to be present.
When you schedule your video visit let the clinic know that an interpreter
will be needed. The scheduling staff will provide you with instructions
that will show you how to join a video visit with an interpreter.

All Family Medical clinics and Internal Medicine clinics (current and new patients)
All Specialty Care clinics (current and new patients)
Outpatient Behavioral Health (current patients only)
Outpatient Rehabilitation Services:
Outpatient Rehabilitation is currently offering both video visits and in-clinic visits. Please call
(303) 415-4400 for scheduling.
Urgent Care:
Our
Urgent Care Center in Erie is now offering video visits between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. You do NOT need
a MyBCH account for this type of visit. Please see our
Urgent Care page for more information on requesting an Urgent Care video visit.
For the best camera and microphone quality, use your smartphone or tablet
for a video visit.

provider prior to scheduling to make sure you are covered for these types
of appointments.

my.bch.org or by downloading the MyBCH app in the App Store or Google Play. Please
check with your insurance provider if you are covered for our phone, video
