Provider bio: Carla Keahey, ACNS-BC, FNP-BC | Family Medicine

Carla Keahey is dual board-certified as a family nurse practitioner and an adult clinical nurse specialist. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas as well as a Post-Master’s Certificate from the University of Northern Colorado.

As a nurse practitioner, Carla’s emphasis is on the health and well-being of the whole person through a supportive and collaborative patient experience. She enjoys partnering with patients to achieve their best health through preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages and chose family practice for the comprehensive care of families it affords.
