BCH Community Health Needs Assessment 2022

As an independent, nonprofit health system that has had a completely local Board of Directors for 100 years, Boulder Community Health (BCH) exemplifies the transformative power of giving community members input into health care decision-making.

BCH, like all Colorado health systems, uses a systematic process called a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to identify and analyze local health needs and services. You’ll have an opportunity to hear about the progress we’ve made in our 2020-2022 CHNA towards addressing health inequities and improving the health of community members, as well as the care coordination of those enrolled in Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid).
