Provider bio: Maria Anderson, MD

Maria Anderson, MD, FACC, joined Boulder Heart in July 2021. Prior to joining Boulder Community Health and Boulder Heart’s experienced physician team, Dr. Anderson was a cardiac electrophysiologist at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center in Minnesota, as well as the Director & Founder of the Cardiac Risk Reduction/Lifestyle Medicine Clinic in Minneapolis.

With over 20 years of experience treating patients with heart rhythm problems, Dr. Anderson is especially passionate about evidence-based lifestyle choices to maintain or improve overall health and specifically to improve the success of medication and procedural therapies for cardiac arrhythmias, healthy cooking for improving cardiovascular outcomes, ablation technologies and techniques, and cardiac devices.
