Erie Medical Center (EMC) is BCH’s large-scale medical facility serving our patients and their families in East Boulder County or Weld County communities like Broomfield, Dacono, Erie, Firestone, Frederick and Lafayette. EMC, which opened in 2019, is located at 101 Erie Parkway, Erie CO 80516

Erie Primary Care
As of May 1, 2022, BCH has consolidated two of its Erie-based primary care clinics already located under one roof – Erie Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Associates at Buffalo Ridge – and changed their names to Erie Primary Care.
Erie Primary Care is the first point of contact for your family's everyday health needs. The EMC clinic offers a personalized, team-based approach for the whole family - diagnosing and treating sudden illnesses, managing chronic conditions, and providing routine health screenings, vaccinations and well-child visits.

Boulder Heart at Erie Medical Center
At the Boulder Heart office in Erie, our highly experienced cardiologists and surgeons build lasting personal relationships with each patient. We listen to you, we know your history, and we partner with your other medical providers to provide the right cardiac care at the right time. We are the Boulder Valley’s only full-service cardiology program, providing everything from diagnostic testing to the latest advanced treatments.
On-site at this location:
- Cardiac testing: echocardiograms (ECHO), electrocardiograms (EKG), Holter monitors and stress tests.
- Device Check Clinic on Wednesdays for any patient with an implanted device, such as a pacemaker, defibrillator, or loop recorder, to ensure they are properly functioning and programmed as appropriate.
- The EMC building is home to Lab, Imaging, Urgent Care and Primary Care — all of which may be needed for our community members during cardiac treatment.

Boulder Women's Care at Erie Medical Center
Caring for women in our community since 2000, the OB-GYNs and advanced practice providers (APPs) at EMC offer comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, from routine exams and innovative, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery to pregnancy care, including labor delivery and postpartum.

Urgent Care at Erie Medical Center
Open 365 days a year 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. to treat common illnesses and non-life-threatening injuries.
