As an independent, nonprofit health system, Boulder Community Health (BCH) understands the transformative power of giving community members input into health care decision-making. This is why we conduct focus groups and community interviews to identify health care services that best serve our community. We bring together our findings in a report called a Community Health Needs Assessment, or CHNA, available on bch.org/CHNA.

Join us for a virtual presentation to hear about the progress we’re making towards improving the health of the people and communities we serve, as identified in our 2023-2025 CHNA. You’ll also have an opportunity to hear about BCH’s care coordination for those enrolled in Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid).

We ask that you join us to provide feedback and have your voice be heard.
