Pride Month is an opportunity to take time to intentionally celebrate LGBTQIA+ culture and the diversity of our staff, patients and community.
At BCH, we’re committed to providing not only high-quality but also inclusive, equitable health care to everyone in our community. BCH strives to be an affirming and supportive organization for LGBTQIA+ individuals and recognizes that they have unique health care needs, whether that’s related to reproductive health, sexual health or gender-affirming care.
We also understand that people may feel apprehensive about seeking medical care for a variety of reasons, but we hope that the fear of discrimination based on your sexual orientation or gender identity is not one of them. By creating an inclusive atmosphere, we hope that those who seek medical care — whether a routine checkup or emergency service — will feel comfortable coming to us.
Boulder Pride Festival
Come celebrate with BCH at Boulder Pride Festival, a family-friendly event sponsored by Rocky Mountain Equality (formerly Out Boulder County) where our staff and volunteers will be representing our team. The event will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Boulder Central Park’s Bandshell (1212 Canyon Blvd.) and feature an array of activities, vendors and performances.
