Fast, easy check-in with new self-service registration kiosks

To help reduce the time it takes for patients to check in for outpatient laboratory services, scheduled imaging services or surgical services at Foothills Hospital, we now offer self-registration Welcome Kiosks. These new Welcome Kiosks allow patients to complete their registration easily, verify or update insurance information, electronically sign forms or pay account balances.

Four new self-service Welcome Kiosks are now available in Foothills Hospital’s Central Registration, adjacent to Outpatient Laboratory Services. Patients entering through the Emergency Department or main entrances can follow blue “Registration” signs to locate the kiosks. Some services may require assistance from our Concierge, available to assist patients Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Patients should use the kiosks to check in for:

• Outpatient lab services
• Scheduled imaging services (CT, MRI, Ultrasound and Nuclear Medicine)
• Surgical Services

Patients should visit the Concierge Desk for assistance with:

• Walk-in imaging services (X-ray)
• Self-payment using cash, checks or MDSave vouchers

As always, patients coming to Foothills Hospital for a mammogram appointment should proceed directly to the Mammography Department for check in. Patients requiring emergency care should head directly to the Emergency Department reception desk.
