BCH wins best ‘Medical Center & Hospital’ in Best of the West 2023

Yellow Scene Magazine’s Best of the West 2023: Readers Choice poll is Boulder County’s only write-in ballot—no prompts or drop-down menus—where readers vote for their community favorites. With more than 900 participating in this year’s poll, BCH won best “Medical Facility & Hospital.” The magazine described the reasons for our win:

“BCH continues their winning streak for excellent patient care. People of all ages, genders, and sexual orientations praise BCH for caring for them as individuals and not numbers. They are able to adapt to our needs because they are a nonprofit owned by the community. Their many locations make care efficient, effective, and easy to access. This is Boulder’s hospital. After CU Medical School moved its hospital to Denver, BCH opened as a community nonprofit hospital in 1922 and has cared for the community every day since.
