Enjoy the benefits of paperless billing with MyBCH

Boulder Community Health is committed to delivering a more secure and convenient way for patients to view and pay their bills while reducing our environmental impact. That’s why we’re shifting to paperless billing for all users of our secure MyBCH patient portal, effective Feb. 1, 2023.

Benefits of paperless billing

• Increased security: prevents identity theft resulting from stolen mail.
• Convenience: access your bills anytime, anywhere using a computer, mobile device or smartphone.
• Faster delivery: eliminates the need to rely on mail delivery and avoids delays.
• Eco-friendliness: less paper and clutter.

Notification of available electronic statements
Once a new, electronic statement is available to view in MyBCH, you will be notified in two ways:

• Via the email associated with your MyBCH account.
• Through the mobile app.

Sign up for MyBCH today!
BCH offers paperless billing only for those with a MyBCH account. If you don't already have a MyBCH account, go to my.bch.org and click on the button “Self Signup” in the right-hand menu.

After you sign up, you can view your billing statement on MyBCH by clicking on the “Menu” icon and scrolling down to the “Billing” heading. Select “Billing Summary.” If you need a paper copy of your statement, you can print directly from MyBCH.
