Boulder Heart Cardiologist Nelson Trujillo, M.D., appeared on Denver Channel 7 on a New Year's resolution that may stick better than the rest: Walking 20-30 minutes daily.
"Lots of good reasons to keep walking," Dr. Trujillo said. "We were designed to walk."
