Dr. Paul Kenneth Lewis, Jr. passed away suddenly at the young age of 66 on December 19, 2017 at Boulder Community Health (BCH) in Boulder, Colorado.
Paul's career was at Boulder Community Health. His gentle spirit, deep compassion, and wise leadership were a part of BCH for 34 years, 25 years in the Emergency Department and nine years in Administration. He embodied all that the organization aspires to be, as a caregiver, as a friend, and as a loving family member.
Paul entered health care to make a meaningful difference. In recognition of his life's work, Boulder Community Health has established the Dr. Paul Lewis Memorial Fund.
Donations to the fund will go toward enhancing health care in our community. Donations may be made to the Boulder Community Health Foundation (Dr. Paul Lewis Memorial Fund) at P.O. Box 9019, Boulder, CO 80301-9019 or by visiting bch.org/paullewismemorial.
