Scott Parker is such an engaging, thorough, conscientious care giver and genuinely nice human being. He keeps you informed and makes sure you know what's going on, works behind the scenes to make things happen even after hours, and is very clear about next steps and transparent in procedure. He makes you feel very listened to and confident in the medical care he's providing.
