Matthew H. Blomquist, MD
About
Dr. Blomquist received his undergraduate degree from Wheaton (IL) College,
and his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine, graduating
in 1991. From 1991-1992, he did his internship in internal medicine at
The Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. From 1992-1996, he performed
his radiology residency at Penn State University Hospital (Milton Hershey
Medical Center), serving as chief resident his final year. In 1996-1997,
he did sub-specialty training in Body Imaging during his fellowship at
the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
Dr. Blomquist joined as an associate with Boulder Radiologists, Inc. in
1997 and became a partner in 2000. Dr. Blomquist enjoys the diversity
of his medical practice and interaction with the many talented and compassionate
clinicians at Boulder Community Health's campuses.
Dr. Blomquist is board certified in diagnostic radiology. He is a member
of the American College of Radiology, the Radiological Society of North
America, the Colorado Radiological Society, the American Roentgen Ray
Society, and the Boulder County Medical Society. He has served on a variety
of hospital-based committees at Boulder Community Health, including the
Trauma Services Committee, the Medical Executive Committee, and the Clinician
Health and Well-Being Committee.
Dr. Blomquist and his wife and children count it a true privilege to be
here in the beautiful and friendly state of Colorado.
