Joshua Taylor, MD

About

Dr. Taylor is a board-certified family medicine physician. He earned his medical degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and completed his family medicine residency at St. Anthony North in Denver. Prior to attending medical school, Dr. Taylor worked as a certified nurse assistant at the Reedsburg Area Medical Center performing patient care on a one-to-one basis and was an active volunteer with a variety of community health projects.

Dr. Taylor believes in the adage “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” and enjoys treating patients of all ages. His clinical interests include chronic disease management including hypertension, diabetes, asthma and COPD, tobacco cessation and sports medicine.

Dr. Taylor is experienced in martial arts and enjoys carpentry, hunting and electronics. In his free time, he and his wife, Johannah, enjoy camping and hiking.
