Brittany Hicks, PA-C

Brittany C. Hicks, PA-C is a certified physician assistant (PA-C) at Boulder Valley Surgical Associates at Anderson Medical Center.

She graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences. Brittany went on to receive both a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and Master of Business Administration - Health Care Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Brittany’s extensive experience includes training in acute care, trauma surgery, and cardiothoracic and vascular surgery. She also has first assist expertise in the operating room.

Prior to joining Boulder Valley Surgical Associates, Brittany was a PA-C providing trauma and acute care for surgical patients at the University of Colorado, Anschutz Medical Campus. She also provided cardiothoracic and vascular surgical care for Colorado Cardiovascular Surgical Associates in Denver, Colorado; Weatherby Healthcare; and Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgical Associates in Mobile, Alabama.

Prior to receiving her PA certification, Brittany was a breast oncology clinical research coordinator and research technician at the University of Colorado, Anschutz Medical Campus and breast oncology clinical trials specialist at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Beyond work, Brittany enjoys being outdoors. You may find her hiking, camping, skiing or kayaking in Colorado’s great outdoors.
