Come just as you are - Haven’t showered? No worries! Have spit up on your shirt? Join the crowd! This is a judgement free zone where all are welcome. There will be time for check-ins, connection and community building through group-led, shared topic discussions.
Facilitated by Sanctuary Perinatal Mental Health Team members, Haley Tripp-Fire, LSW, postpartum doula+psychotherapist and Jessica Wagner, 2nd year Naropa practicum student.
