Meet Our Instructor: Susan Chiocchi
CRMT, Dipl BHS, Certified Soul Retrieval Ritualist, BFA
Certified Reiki Master Teacher, Susan Chiocchi, first started meditating almost 40 years ago and has extensively studied many meditation forms and been a guest instructor for hospitals and yoga teacher trainings internationally. She is currently a Watson Caring Science Institute Faculty Associate and maintains a private healing practice in Boulder.

Breathwork practices can bring balance to the nervous system as well as regulate emotions, relax muscles, and reduce mental and physical pain. With simple instruction, learn methods to begin harnessing the healing power of the breath.

Mind ~ Guided meditation for mindfulness and stress management

Studies show that mindfulness practice - training your mind - can change the brain in a positive way. Fear, anxiety and stress wreak havoc on wellbeing. Learn techniques to build your own mindfulness practice.
