Management council

Tonushree (also known as “TJ”) is the Vice President overseeing Boulder Community Heath’s strategic partnership with Optum, which includes managed services spanning revenue cycle, inpatient and ambulatory care management, analytics and project management. She serves in a dual role on Boulder Community Health’s Management Council as well as on the OptumInsight Provider market executive team.

She has spent 20 years in health care leadership roles spanning research, marketing, new product development, and client services, largely with the Advisory Board. When the Advisory Board was acquired by Optum in 2017, Tonushree took a role overseeing strategic partnerships with key health system clients and developing new and innovative provider collaborations, which led to the formation of the Boulder Community Health partnership.

Tonushree was born in India and raised in Boston, and earned her undergraduate degree in Economics from Harvard. She now lives in Louisville with her husband Kush, a satellite instrument engineer, and two boys, Ruhaan and Ishaan.
