Susan Connelly

Board of directors

Susan Connelly joined the BCH board in 2023. She practiced law in Florida and Illinois representing local governments, nonprofits and various real estate development interests in transactions and litigation for 13 years. She then gravitated to positions that had a strong community focus at the Town of Vail, City of Chicago and McStain Neighborhoods. Susan served as Executive Director of the Colorado Chautauqua Association for 12 years, and worked for the City of Boulder’s Community Vitality Department.

Since 2018, she has been the Director of Community Relations for Hieronymus Inc. and a director of the Hieronymus Foundation. Susan has served as the interim CEO for the Downtown Boulder Partnership and Boulder Valley Women’s Health Center. She has served on the boards of Boulder Valley Women’s Health Center, Boulder Chamber, Boulder Convention and Visitors Bureau and Boulder Rotary Club. She currently serves on the board of Frasier.
