Grant joined BCH from Teach for America, a national nonprofit committed to strengthening equity and excellence in education. As Chief Marketing Officer, he played a pivotal role in expanding the organization’s national brand, cultivating key partnerships, and supporting teacher recruitment and fundraising initiatives. Prior to Teach For America, Grant held senior management positions at Warner Bros. and Yahoo.

Grant became Vice President of Community Health & Engagement at BCH in 2018 and has served as President of the BCH Foundation since 2016. In his role as Foundation President, Grant leads the team in partnership with the BCH Foundation Board of Trustees to inspire philanthropic support for BCH, enhancing healthcare quality and access in Boulder County and the surrounding communities.
