Take U.S. 36 west. Exit on Baseline Road. Turn left and go west for 0.3 miles to Broadway. Turn right on Broadway. Go 2.2 miles. Turn left on Balsam Avenue. The Balsam parking lot is on the left side of the street. From Longmont
Take Diagonal Highway (Rt. 119) toward Boulder. At 0.9 miles past Jay Road, the highway will split. Stay right and go onto Diagonal Highway (west). The road name changes to Iris Avenue and Iris ends at Broadway in 2.1 miles. Turn left on Broadway. Turn right on Balsam Avenue. The Balsam parking lot is on the left side of the street.
