Breastfeeding: Arriving at the Milky Way

Learn practices to help you be successful, comfortable and confident with breastfeeding. This class will cover position, latch, importance of skin-to-skin contact and the first feeding; helpful practices and routines in the hospital and at home; common myths and concerns; ways to pump; and how to know when your baby is getting enough.

Class dates for December and January:
  • Wednesday, Dec. 21, from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m.
  • Monday, Jan. 9, from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, Jan. 25, from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m.
