Onsite Cardiac Rehabilitation Programs

With a physician's referral, supervised exercise, nutritional counseling and education for people who are at high risk for coronary artery disease or have had a heart attack or heart surgery is available.

National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute

The institute is a division of the National Institutes of Health. The site provides extensive information on cardiovascular disease. Many of its publications are available in Spanish.

Information on NIH health resources includes consumer health publications, clinical trials, health hotlines and MEDLINE, the National Library of Medicine's database for helping consumers research their health questions.
