Scheduling a Mental Health Admission - Behavioral Health

Boulder Community Health Counseling Center - Outpatient Services

Start by contacting our representative Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM  at 303-415-4299.

You will be asked to complete a brief phone interview to determine the best services for you. It is helpful to have your insurance information available for this interview.

Next you will be scheduled for an initial assessment appointment with our Intake Department counselor at the Counseling Center.

This assessment will assist in identifying treatment issues, determining level of care, goals and designing an individualized treatment plan. We will also obtain authorization for treatment from your insurance provider as needed.

Upon completion of this assessment, you will be scheduled with your assigned therapist to begin outpatient treatment.

If you are in need of psychiatric care, your therapist will assist you with scheduling an evaluation appointment with our psychiatrist.

For additional information please contact us at 303-415-4299.
