Childbirth Prep is a multi-day interactive class designed for the expectant mom and her support person. Class covers the labor process, labor coping techniques and the latest about epidurals, and medical interventions. You will also learn about cesarean birth, and take a tour of The Family Birth Center.
This class has varying days and times. Please look closely at the day and time of each month's class. You will register for the first day only.
May 17th 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm and May 18th 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
May 31st 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm and June 1st 10:00 am -4:00 pm
July 9, 16, and 23rd 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
